To paraphrase director Alfred Hitchcock, I was The Man Who Had Too Much Fun while employed at The Squire movie theater in Great Neck in the early 1980s. Between switching the music cassettes played during intermission to performing the climactic duel in “Return of the Jedi” between the Emperor and Luke Skywalker “Rocky Horror” style in front of the movie screen with a coworker, I found ways to enjoy myself while making minimum wage.
