The Sunday newspaper supplement PARADE used to run a feature where people asked questions about television programs and personalities. Now I’m not saying these were hard-to-answer inquiries. But pretty much everything could be solved by asking Siri or Alexa.

In that spirit, I concocted the “Mister TeeVee” persona, in the hopes that somehow, through the blogosphere, perhaps I would draw the attention of some curious individual…
